Rooms to suit all requirements

We have room hire facilities available for organisations outside the membership of the CWA. Rooms are available Monday- Friday from 9:30 am until 5 pm.
Evenings and weekends booking are available however there is an additional cost to provide staff to be in attendance outside normal hours.

The main hall


Situated on the ground floor the Main Hall has the capacity to seat 150 people with ease.
The room can be arranged in seated rows, tables or open format, as required. There is direct access to the kitchen facilities.

Interview rooms


Interview Rooms are very private and equipped with internet access.

Board room


The main table of the Board Room seats 14 people and can have additional seating as required.

Board Room: £30 per hour

Main Hall: £36 per hour

Library/User Room/
Interview Rooms: £18 per hour

Creche: £24 per hour

Evenings and Weekends

Board Room: £50 per hour
Main Hall: £62 per hour
Library/User Room/
Interview Rooms: £44 per hour
Creche: £50 per hour

Non-Commercial rate

Monday – Friday

Board Room: £15 per hour

Main Hall: £18 per hour

Library/User Room/
Interview Rooms: £10 per hour

Creche: £12 per hour

Main Hall: £30 per hour

A £10 security fee may be added to the hourly rate after 5pm (£25 per hr between 23:00-9:00)

Other Costs:

  • Price per hour or part thereof. e.g. 2 hours 30 mins charged as 3 hours

  • Catering costs extra (We can provide a variety of finger buffet and meals including Chinese food. Please ask for our menu.

  • Kitchen Hire £10 per hour Extra

WiFi Available on request

Equipment £10 extra: TV (with HDMI cable)- Flipchart – Screen

CWA reserves the right to ask for a deposit to secure any bookings.

Booking Procedure 

Please email/enquire CWA Reception (office@cwa-ni.org) for room availability and price guide before filling this form. You will need to send a short message to reception to inform you have submitted the form.

Please allow at least 3 working days (Mon-Fri 9:30am-4pm) to process Room booking, time changing or cancelling and arrange security staff out of working hours. Room booking will not be processed out of working hours. 

Booking is completed once you received confirmation email from reception with booking details and price. Please pay through bank transfer after receiving an invoice from us.
