• To provide bilingual advocacy, signposting and information for members of Chinese community (under 50 years of age) regarding health, social services, special educational needs, and community safety.

To provide advice and support to service providers on the provision of appropriate services to meet the needs of Chinese community.
• To co-ordinate appropriate health and wellbeing events and resources.
